Don’t get me wrong Heston Blumenthal is probably THE best television chef that I have ever had the pleasure of viewing. And his creations will go down in culinary history.
BUT
Does he always have to resort to using dry ice? I think he eat, breathes and sleeps with it. Hmmm maybe he’s a dry ice addict. ha.
